FVBS may use trusted service providers, including Microsoft, to support communications, appointment scheduling, document management, and business operations. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and may be processed or stored in Canada or other jurisdictions where those providers operate.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you choose to text with Future Value Business Services, we use your mobile number, messages and consent records to handle your enquiry, coordinate appointments and communicate about your bookkeeping work. We retain the opt-in message and date to document your choice, and record opt-out requests to respect your communication preferences.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver messages, including Microsoft and telecommunications providers, may process the information needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
